In August 2017, Tom moved to the Northwest Austin area to work with his oldest son Thomas who started the corporation Zollege, parent company of Vandelay Education. Thomas and his dad has a passion for giving back to the community and wanted to help homelessness in the Austin area so they created Purple Pig Realty. This was the first real estate company in Texas granted by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a PBC (Public Benefit Corporation).
